My photography musings.

Peace. Love. Photography.

With each new blog post, I feel like my

is shrinking. I chose to base this entry on some of my favorite shots throughout the few years I’ve adopted photography as a hobby. Meet one of my best friends: Ben Jenkins. We have been friends since eighth grade; he is a Studio Art major at Oklahoma Christian University. We have the same camera and whenever we happen to be in the same city at the same time (which is a rarity these days), we embark on photo adventures.

There’s my brother. Although this image makes him look like a chain-smoker, he certainly is not. I took this photo one day at Percy Warner Park. Converting it to b&w was a must.

I love Nashville. This is one of the best shots I’ve gotten of the skyline. I took this photo last fall semester when my Ethos Photography House Church went downtown for a photo-taking party. If you’ve lived in Nashville for a few years and still feel like you don’t really know the city, go explore. We live in a very diverse city, full of good music, original restaurants, top-notch shopping and picturesque parks.

What is your favorite aspect of Nashville?

  2. I love these pictures! Great job! I can’t decide if the one of Matthew or the one of the skyline is my favorite.

  4. The Nashville skyline is my favorite shot. That may have to be my background for my laptop. Matthew is too cool is that shot as well.
